Houston is the fourth most populous city in the United States and the largest in the state of Texas. The estimates of the 2007 census, the city had a population of 2.2 million inhabitants in an area of 1,600 km ². Minute Maid Park (home of the Astros) are located in the downtown. Houston's skyline has been ranked the fourth most impressive of the United States, besides being the highest third one nation and one of the top ten in the world. Houston has a system of tunnels and linking high buildings downtown which contain shops, restaurants and convenience stores.
